The specific advantages of stainless steel stamping are as follows:
1. Lightweight
The significant advantages of stainless steel stamped elbows
The density of stamped elbows is 0.89-0.91g/cm, which is only one tenth of that of steel pipes. And due to its light weight, it can greatly reduce transportation costs and installation construction intensity in industry.
2. Good corrosion resistance.
Stamping elbows, except for a few hydrogenation agents, can withstand corrosion from various chemical media and have excellent acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance. They will not rust, corrode, breed bacteria, or undergo electrochemical corrosion.
3. Good insulation performance.
Due to the low thermal conductivity of stamped elbow materials, the thermal conductivity at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.21-0.24W/mk, which is much smaller than that of steel pipes (43-52W/mk) and purple steel pipes (333W/mk). Therefore, PP-R pipes have good insulation properties.
4. Good heat resistance.
When the working water temperature of the stamping elbow is 70 degrees, the softening temperature is 140 degrees.
